Teams to this event will be divided on the day of arrival. Each student brings along something that relates to the theme, the 1950´s. Each team gets three models ( students from Turku Vocational act as models).

The student bring his/her own block head. The block head can be coloured beforehand, but any other kind of preparation work on the block head is not allowed. The hair must hang free before the event begins. ( No curlers or such things is allowed in the hair at this point!) The length of the hair must be at least 30 cm on the hole head.

In Consumer Fashion Event the competitors do a fashionable and commercial colour, cut and hairdo. Each participating school chooses one of its own students to act as the model. Unfortunately there is no time to do the colouring in connection with the event, so it is recommended that the colouring is done beforehand. It is also possible to do the colouring at Turku Vocational Institute premisis on the students free time. ( Schwartzkopf/Igora Royal and Goldwell/Topchic products available). A photograph which shows the model before the change has to be brought along. The change must be clear.

More detailed competition rules will be sent to the participants within January 2002.
